Please read these terms carefully before submitting any enquiry, making a payment, or taking admission at Yashotej Academy.
- Admission by free will. You are seeking admission and enrolling to our programs of your own interest and accord.
- Responsibility for safety. You will be fully responsible for any accident or mishappening occurring with you / by you, inside or outside the institute premises. The institute will not be liable for such incidents.
- Discipline & rustication. You may be rusticated for misconduct, misuse of mobile phones or internet, or any illegal / indecent activity, as per institute norms.
- Use of results & photos. In case of your selection in NDA / CDS / TES / other competitive exams, the institute reserves the right to use your name, photo, and basic details for publicity in print and electronic media.
- Communication & notifications. You agree that the institute may send emails, SMS alerts, WhatsApp messages (text, images, video, documents), and other communication on the contact details you provide.
- Instructions & policies. You confirm that you have read and agree to follow all instructions and policies issued by the institute (online or offline), including any updates from time to time.
- Fees & refund. Once the course fees or registration fees are credited to the institute account, refunds (if any) will only be as per the institute's refund and cancellation policy. Registration fees for entrance exams are generally non‑refundable.
- No guaranteed outcomes. Success stories shown on the website or marketing material are examples only and do not guarantee similar results for every student. Your progress depends on your effort, dedication, discipline, and performance.
- Jurisdiction. You agree that all disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
- Program duration. Your admission is valid only for the specific program and academic year / course duration mentioned at the time of joining.
By submitting any form, paying fees online or offline, or continuing your enrollment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
